Refund policy

All sales are final. A4A tools are digital products, delivered instantly by download the moment your payment clears. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable. By completing checkout you agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. If a tool does not work as described, email hayder@hayderalbeer.com and I will make it right with a fix, a working build, or a replacement.
Courses
Courses are not on sale yet. When they ship they are digital products too, so the same all-sales-final policy applies.
Services
Custom services, including script rescue, custom automation, and AI team implementation, are scoped and quoted per engagement. Deposits, milestones, and any terms for services are agreed in writing before work starts, and are not covered by the digital-product policy above.
