Terms of Sale

These terms cover the sale and use of digital products from A4A (Automations 4 AEC), operated by Hayder Al-Beer Lab. By buying or downloading a product you agree to them.

The products

A4A sells digital goods: AI agent-team kits, Grasshopper and Dynamo automations, and plugins. Products are delivered by an email download link after purchase. Nothing ships on physical media.

Your licence

When you buy a product you may use it for your own work and inside your own practice, and you may modify the files for that purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files as your own product.

Payments and tax

Checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy is planned) acting as merchant of record. That provider processes your payment, issues your receipt and invoice, and collects any VAT or sales tax due in your location. A4A does not store your card details.

Updates and support

Each product includes updates for twelve months from purchase. You keep any version you downloaded after that period ends. Support is by email and offered on a best-effort basis.

Compatibility and outcomes

Every product page lists supported software and versions. You are responsible for checking that list before buying, and for the results of using a product on your own projects. Products are provided as described, without further warranty.

Changes

Products, prices, and these terms may change over time. Changes are not retroactive: the terms in place at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
